Edi Vallarino
(Teacher, drummer, percussionist)
Edi Vallarino is a musician noted for his versatility in the emerging popular genres of American syncretism (jazz, Latin, folklore, tango, etc.), and has been part of the Argentine music scene for several decades now.
Among its activities are teaching, recordings under study (more than 30 recorded albums) and live presentations.
He is currently a professor of the "Jazz Drum Laboratory" and "Latin American Percussion Laboratory" chairs in the Department of Musical Arts of the National University of the Arts, as well as a professor in the "Battery Tango" chair at the School of Popular Music from Avellaneda.
